Yes, you can still use Meraki devices after end of life (EOL), if they are licensed. But the licence only lets you use the device. It does not cover hardware replacement (RMA) or software updates. If a licensed EOL device fails, Cisco will not replace it.

Is it safe to keep an EOL device?
The device gets no security fixes.
A failure means an outage until a new unit is purchased, subject to lead time and configuration.
Keep a spare for critical sites, or replace the device.
