Does Meraki Have a Trade-In for EOL Devices?

Does Meraki have a trade-in? Generally, no. There is no standing trade-in discount for end-of-life (EOL) Meraki devices. But vendors can be flexible case by case. If you buy a new unit and the old unit still has a lot of licence term left, an extra discount may apply. Ask us to apply for discounts based on your deal.

Why doesn't Meraki have a trade-in programme?
Meraki's public pages show no customer trade-in or credit programme. Cisco runs a Takeback and Reuse Program. It takes back end-of-use equipment for recycling free of charge but does not give credit or monetary compensation.
When can you get a discount on a replacement?

What should you do with old Meraki devices?
Remove the device from your dashboard organisation.
Decide: recycle, reuse elsewhere, or keep as a spare.
