Do you hold Meraki stock? How are lead times quoted?

We don't run a walk-in warehouse. Equipment ships from Cisco or authorised distributors. Lead times depend on the SKU and are typically 1–2 weeks, and every quotation states an estimated lead time for each item. We size with lead time in mind and offer staging, so devices arrive ready to deploy.

What Meraki licence terms are available, and who handles renewals?

Meraki licences are commonly sold in 1, 3 or 5-year terms. In a co-term organisation, all licences share one expiry date, and adding licences recalculates that date for the whole organisation. Subscription licences run from a fixed start date to a fixed end date. Megatron handles licence quotes, renewals and co-termination, so nothing lapses unnoticed. Do you deploy on-site and support the network afterwards?

Yes. Our Singapore engineers install and configure Meraki on-site. Our in-house team of 4 Cisco-certified engineers (CCNA to CCNP Enterprise and CCNP Security) provides tier 1 to 3 support after go-live, escalating to Cisco only when needed. Support options are 24x7 with 4-hour response, 8x5 next business day, or 8x5 with 4-hour response. Ongoing monitoring and management are available through our managed services.
