We monitor network devices availability through a range of protocols, depending on the end device type. Our monitoring tool support SNMP, HTTP, ICMP and TCP.

At the most basic level an agent is installed within your infrastructure or a VPN tunnel is set up between our secure infrastructure with yours to perform these monitoring tests. This allows our support team to provide constant monitoring in order to identify and rectify issues before or just as they occur.

 

hardware support

Our MSP service can be extended to hardware support, where hardware is included in the MSP service contract. This allows you to reduce your administrative overhead by having a single contract to cover your hardware warranty and support.
