what we can do

In general, a junior network engineer will be assigned to perform tasks like basic network troubleshooting, assisting with connecting and disconnecting devices, mounting and dismounting devices, providing local console access, or providing local web access to devices.

We can also receive drop-shipped devices at our office, configure and stage them, then deliver and install on site.

At the moment, we are able to provide smart-hands support across the whole of Singapore, and limited support in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur).
